SABRETT HOT STUFF E-STORE RETURN POLICY
Sabrett.com is happy to unconditionally guarantee
all its merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase,
you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund to your
credit card for the entire amount, less shipping charges, after
the item(s) are received at the Sabrett.com warehouse.
Returns or exchanges may be made within thirty
(30) days of delivery for a prompt exchange or refund. Sabrett.com
will neither accept return nor credit customers if products
are returned in the following conditions: stained, soiled, abused,
torn, laundered, dirty, burned, or with any odor (cigarette
or other). Items must be returned in saleable condition.
IMPORTANT: All returns require a Return Authorization
Number
If you would like to exchange an item or get
a refund, please send an e-mail to ecustomerservice@sabrett.com
or call 1-888-468-3407 during regular business hours, Monday
thru Friday from 9am to 5pm ET, to receive a Return Authorization
Number (RA#). The RA# must be clearly marked on the return package.
Packages without the RA# clearly visible on the package will
be refused. The original packing slip must also be included
with your returned merchandise.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility
of the customer. For your own protection, Sabrett.com recommends
using UPS or Insured USPS with tracking to return goods.

DAMAGED ITEMS
All merchandise must be inspected immediately.
Damage claims must be made within seven (7) days of receipt.
If you have a damaged item claim please contact Sabrett.com
at ecustomerservice@sabrett.com or call 1-888-468-3407. Representatives
will be glad to help you return the item for a replacement.
The RA# for damaged item(s) must be clearly
marked on the return package. Packages without the RA# clearly
visible on the package will be refused. The original packing
slip must be included with your returned damaged merchandise.
